We received the following thank you from The Slavic Gospel Association for our donation following their recent visit – “We are grateful to the Lord for your kind gift for the work of SGA. This is a great encouragement to us and will help to further the various ministries in which we are currently involved. We acknowledge God’s goodness to the Mission in so many ways, and not least in the way He prompts His people to give faithfully. June and July are the usual times for SGA Camp Ministry and this year is no exception. Camps for youngsters and the disabled will be taking place across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Ukraine is also hosting several Christian camps. Most of the attendees will come from non-Christian homes, and for many, this will be the only holiday they receive. Alongside having fun and physical activities, every opportunity is taken to share the Gospel with these youngsters, and the adults take time to talk to and mentor them. We know from past reports that a great many young people have come to faith by this means. Please pray for this ministry and for those leading and supporting. We continue to remember our brothers and sisters, still undergoing suffering and hardship in Ukraine. We are thankful for the support which enables us to continue sending out funds, not just for hardship relief, but also to support the pastors who are endeavouring to minister in their churches. Several new churches have been planted and they all need pastors and leaders to teach the people who come, hungry for the Word. Thank you again for your support, which is deeply appreciated and never taken for granted.”
