During the morning we will partake in communion.
There will be a cup of tea/coffee in the hall after the morning service. All welcome.
Evening Prayer – A time of prayer will be held before the evening service at 5.20 pm. All welcome.
The annual Farming Community Service, affectionately known as “The Mart Service” is set to take place on 10th December at 2:45pm. There will be congregational carol singing, several songs from the choir and a Gospel message from Rev. Sandy Shaw. A free will offering will be collected in aid of The Open Door Project.
Day of prayer 29th of November – The Free Church is having a Day of prayer on Wednesday the 29th of November. We have decided to have three opportunities throughout the day for prayer in the building. The times are 7am-8am; 12.30pm to 1.30pm and 7.30pm to 8.30pm.

Community Groups – Our next community groups meeting will be on Wednesday the 6th of December. If you have not been to one why not come along for bible study, prayer and fellowship. More details to follow.
Fortrose Free Church Women’s Choir is now “New Song Women” Ladies, if you would you like to serve the Lord with your singing voice, you’re invited to be a part of the FFC Women’s Choir, now called “New Song Women” We will work on music for the Fortrose Free Church Carol Service set to take place on 16th December 2023 at 6pm. All ladies are most welcome, and no audition or experience needed, only a desire and commitment to serve the Lord in song with one another for His glory. Romans 15:5-6. 6 rehearsals will be held at Fortrose Free Church on alternating Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, and we’ll prepare two pieces for the Carol Service. Fridays 7:30-9pm – 27th October, 1st December, 15th December. Saturdays 10-11:30am – 11th November, 18th November, 9th December. New Church Website – We have been working, over recent months, on building a new and updated church website. The new website address is www.fortrosefree.org.uk. Please do have a look, but also please note that it is still a work in progress, with old and new sermons being uploaded and pages/information updated as and when we can.
2024 Calendars are now available at the door with a suggested donation of £5. We are grateful to Sandy Sutherland for producing these and allowing the proceeds to stay with the congregation. Be sure to get yours before they are gone.
