There will be a cup of tea/coffee in the hall after the morning service. All welcome.

Evening Prayer – A time of prayer will be held before the evening service at 5.20 pm. All welcome.

Communion – There will be a fellowship meeting after the evening service where we hope to hear some stories of God’s work in people’s lives.

Annual Congregational Meeting: 13th of September at 7.30pm. The Trustees Report and Financial Statement has been emailed to those on the mailing list, but there are some printed copies available at the door.

Community Groups: We hold our first community groups evening on Wednesday 6th of September at 7.30pm. There will be two groups, the ‘Town’ group and the ‘Countryside’ group. If you live in Rosemarkie, Fortrose or Avoch then you are in the ‘Town’ group and if you are in Killen, Raddery, Eathie or anywhere else outside of the towns then you are in the ‘Countryside’ group. There are some signup sheets at the door for you to indicate if you plan to attend. The town group will meet at the Manse and the Countryside group will meet at Niall and Emma’s house.

We plan to hold a Macmillan Coffee Morning as part of our Café & Blether on Tuesday, 19th September. If you feel able to contribute any home baking we would be most grateful.

Hope Explored: We plan to run a three-week course beginning on the 24th of October. The course explores the meaning of biblical hope and touches on the key elements of what it means to be a Christian. This course is suitable for anyone who wants to explore further about the Christian faith. We will meet at Fortrose Free Church at 7.30pm on Tuesday evenings for three weeks, beginning on the 24th of October. Please do come along and bring a friend!

An Evening of praise with Ruth Campbell. Date: 3rd November. Ruth is a member in the Free Church congregation of Covenant Church Newmilns and is a talented Christian singer song writer. Put the date in the diary and come along and bring a friend.

2024 Calendars are now available at the door with a suggested donation of £5. We are grateful to Sandy Sutherland for producing these and allowing the proceeds to stay with the congregation.
