Rory’s trip to South Africa – Rory will be travelling to South Africa to conduct the funeral of a family member. The dates that he is away are Monday 2nd of June to Tuesday 10th June.
Thanksgiving service and meal – On Friday the 27th of June we will have a service of thanksgiving to give thanks to God for our building and the completion of its payment. We will share a meal together afterwards. Save the date and come along!
The Inverness Festival of Gospel Male Voice Praise is set to take place on Saturday 7th June 2025 at Inshes East Church in Inverness. There will be congregational hymn singing, several songs from the choirs and a Gospel message from Pastor Kenny Wilson from Mournview Assembly in Lurgan. The Tink Family from Fort William will be our special guest artists. A free will offering will be uplifted in aid of The Haven Inverness.

Ladies Breakfast – If you are a woman living in Avoch, Cromarty, Rosemarkie or Fortrose, we’d love you to come along for breakfast, a blether and an opportunity to share our faith in an informal setting on Saturday 14th June in Fortrose Free Church, 9.30-11am. We will hear a little about the work of Healing Wounded Hearts. Please feel free to invite friends from other churches or none. A voluntary contribution of £2 to cover costs is suggested. An evening of Psalms 15th June – Following on from a similar event last year in the congregational church we will be hosting an evening of psalms on the evening of Sunday the 15th of June at 6pm. We will be joined by brothers and sisters from some other local churches.
First Aid Training – If you are interested in attending First Aid training to give us better coverage in the Congregation please speak to Siobhan. We are looking to have undertaken this by the end of July.
Rota’s – We are looking for more volunteers for the Café & Blether rota & the AV rota. Please speak to Kirsteen (Café & Blether) or Iain (AV) if you are able to help, even on an ad-hoc basis.
