Prayer meeting – There will be a time of prayer at 5.20pm.

AV Volunteers needed – We are seeking at least 2 volunteers to join the AV rota. We are undertaking a review of how we run the AV system and our livestreaming/zoom set up, due to a shortage of AV volunteers. Training will be provided. If you think you can help or have any questions, please get in touch with Iain or Siobhan.

    Congregational BBQ 4.30 pm next Saturday – We are really looking forward to spending some time with each other next Saturday evening. Please feel free to invite any friends or family to the BBQ. There are sign-up sheets at the door if you would like to contribute with food or drinks. Donnie Cumming is kindly providing the sausages and burgers.

    Communion service – We will celebrate the Lords’ supper next Sunday morning, the 25th of August. Should anyone like to find out more about what it means to partake of the bread and wine please speak to Rory.

    The Scottish Northern Convention – Join us for the 2024 Scottish Northern Convention. The speaker this year is Andy Prime who will be sharing on the theme of ‘The Call of The King’. Evening celebrations take place at 7:30pm and Morning session will take place at 11am. All Welcome.

    Smithton Church has invited parents/carers to attend “Partnering with parents – Raising the next generation with Gospel centred guidelines.” With guest speaker Robbie Sweet in Smithton Church on Tuesday 27th August at 7.30pm.

    The latest (July) issue of ‘The Herald’, the magazine of International Mission to Jewish People, is now available at the back of the church and people are welcome to take a copy.
